Committee members are elected volunteers that organise the day-to-day running of our u3a - from welcoming new members, through to sorting our finances or searching for good, interesting speakers for our meetings. A thriving u3a needs good people 'at the helm', and new volunteers are always warmly welcomed.
If you want to see how the committee operates, just ask one of our committee and they can arrange for you to attend one of their meetings. If you would like to help, but cannot commit to regular monthly committee meetings, some occasional input on specific items/projects can prove invaluable to a busy u3a, so please let us know if/when you might be available.
